OUR HISTORY

Act for Change Consulting Limited was established as a boutique consulting firm in 2014.Over the last 4 years in partnership  with  Fastenopfer ,we have provided, Programme Cycle Management accompaniment and coaching services to the funded  partners of Fastenopfer  in Kenya . In addition we have undertaken trainings in Applied Agroecology, Bio intensive Kitchen garden and food forests  for project teams to ensure knowledge transfer to beneficiaries.

 At Act for Change Consulting limited, we pride ourselves in our dedication and professionalism.This approach combined with high level of consulting services we have maintained over the years has enabled us to maintained strong relationships with clients based on trust and the delivery of results.

Dr. S. Wagura Ndiritu

Founder and Director of Act for Change Consulting Limited

Dr. Ndiritu, Simon Wagura is the founder of Acts for Change Consulting Limited. He is passionate about Climate change, gender and agriculture .He is also a Senior lecturer at the Strathmore Business School. He has worked extensively on environmental sustainability, food security and post-harvest management losses. He provides direction, guides the company outlook while ensuring the values of integrity, ethical workmanship are embedded in our work.

Stellamaris Mulaeh

Co-Founder and Managing Director of Act for Change Consulting limited

Stellamaris Mulaeh has over 14 years of progressive experience and demonstrated track record of programme management, monitoring and evaluation of grassroots projects, advocacy and lobbying at country and international levels. She is passionate about empowering communities to drive change for positive transformation of their lives. She loves farming and has worked with 70 project teams to set up food forests, community managed nurseries and bio intensive kitchen gardens. She received her Permaculture Design Certification from PRI Kenya in 2016. Stellamaris holds a Master Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor of Education (Arts). She oversees the implementation of the organizational strategy, the planning process, program development and implementation.

Kimani Kinyanjui

Finance and Project Management Consultant

Kimani has 5 years’ experience in Finance and Administration. He has worked with Act for Change since 2017 and is responsible for financial reporting, accounting, administration, Financial monitoring and procurement. He has attended various courses such as Do no harm, Project Cycle Management, Community animation and leaders. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Social and is a trained Certified Public accountant.

William Anunda

Lead Consultant and
Trainer on Training for Transformation

Development practitioner with experience in Programme Management cycle and Facilitation on Training for Transformation methods who has recently received  “Distinguished Alumni Award in Recognition of Achievements in the Field of Development Practice in Ireland from Kimmage. Mr Anunda has facilitated training for transformation courses for development workers, community facilitators across Africa, in Brazil and in Netherlands. He is working with Act for Change Consulting Limited to train Project Team in Kenya

Peris Wambui Nderitu

Lead Facilitator and Consultant on Bio intensive Kitchen Gardening

Peris Wambui Nderitu is a co-founder and the coordinator of programmes at the GROW BIOINTENSIVE Agriculture Centre of Kenya G-BIACK. She consults with Act for Change Consulting Limited in provision of training on Biointensive Kitchen gardening . She has trained over 200000 farmers on Biontensive Kitchen gardening techniques within Eastern Africa
